The Coca Cola Case: Film Screening & Discussion

Tuesday, April 17, 2012
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Join us for a screening of ‘The Coca Cola Case,’ a documentary film about Coke and their anti labor practices in Latin America. Coca Cola has been accused of hiring paramilitary forces to torture, kidnap, and murder unionists in countries like Columbia and Guatemala. This award winning film exposes a side of Coke that they don’t want you to see, and shines a spotlight on their crimes against humanity. After the film, there will be an open discussion about the Coca Cola company and how we can effectively take action against them. There will also be a couple speakers directly involved in some of these cases that will be announced soon.
