Congressman John Lewis Visits Occupy Atlanta

Congressman John Lewis came out to Occupy Atlanta on Friday, October 7th in Woodruff Park. He even commented on the Atlanta General Assembly’s group consensus process saying “this is not something strange or out of the ordinary for me,” and he was “not at all” disappointed he wasn’t able to adress the Assembly.

Rep. Lewis is giving an example of how to behave with grace and intelligence with his comments regarding the inexplicable treatment of him by the OccupyAtlanta assembly — you all would do well to take heed of his example and behave with some graciousness and presence of mind yourselves (rather than patting yourselves on the back, never a pretty sight). What a silly blunder!
