In regards to defending the Roreys’ home we have compiled the numbers of those that can intervene in this situation. Please call them (and get everyone you can to call them) so we can send a very clear message on what are trying to accomplish.

Judge Karen E. Beyers: 770.882.8605
Sheriff Butch Conway: 770.619.6500

You can also write to Fannie Mae at:
950 E. Paces Ferry Suite 1800
Atlanta, GA 30326

If you like we have prepared a statement that you could read.

I’m calling on behalf of the Rorey family from 4197 Shoreside Drive in Snellville, GA. I believe that the Roreys have been wrongfully foreclosed upon and are being threatened with wrongful eviction. I request that you do everything within your power to halt the eviction of the Rorey family.
-Thank you

I wrote an article at swarm the banks about the foreclosure travesty going on the United States.

If this family tried to restructure their mortgage, they would have automatically been placed into default. This is an outrage facing anybody in the U.S. in a similar situation. Those who label homeowners defaulters for wanting to restructure their debt are the same entities that have caused the economic problems over the past decade that are resulting in people needing their debt restructured.

FYI: It’s Shoreside CIRCLE (not Drive)
