2nd Mass Strategy Meeting on United Progressive Offense
It’s time for our movements to go on the offensive toward the world we want !
We invite each and every individual to attend the 3rd Mass Strategy Meeting on United Progressive Offense on Wednesday, June 27th, 7pm, at Troy Davis (Woodruff) Park, on the side with the chairs and fountains.
Occupy Atlanta’s General Assembly unanimously agreed this past Wednesday that these meetings will be held on the last Wednesday of every month, replacing the regularly scheduled General Assembly.
We believe the purpose of these meetings to be a space where individuals, groups and organizations can communicate to each other and the larger community about what they’re doing, where folks can organize themselves and coordinate their efforts more explicitly, and where potential new activists can find ways to plug into the existing movement.
We envision these meetings to be an open, horizontal, bottom-up space where people come together as equals in solidarity and unity across different groups, organizations, issues, struggles, strategies, ideologies and communities to decide how we will move forward and create a better world together.
These meetings developed in response to recent attacks on our basic rights by the Georgia Legislature and their corporate sponsors a few months ago, where we achieved inspiring unity through the fight against these legislative attacks.
This unity built great potential for our movements, but what if we go farther? What if we use this unity to collectively assert offensive vision, goals, and demands toward a better future? Although we had some historic victories, we lost ground, too; a purely defensive posture will ensure that we continue to lose ground to regressive policies.
We believe as a goal for these meetings we could agree on a shared vision framework which we could use to unite us across struggles, groups, and communities, to help us develop strategic steps toward achieving this shared vision, and to provide each other mutual support for solving all of our collective problems and improving multiple aspects of all our lives.
At the previous Mass Strategy Meeting, we formed break-out groups around visions enumerated in the Declaration of Rights of the People of Georgia such as food is a human right, education is a human right, public space is a human right, employment/a living wage is a human right, and freedom from discrimination/equality is a human right.
We have even tried to survey everyone who attended the last Mass Strategy Meeting to figure out how we can make this one even better than the last, and we have received many very insightful responses. We are planning to have a meeting about facilitation and structure for the Mass Strategy Meeting on Tuesday (6/27) at 7:30pm at Peachtree and Pine.

52.4 billion was spent last Black Friday weekend.
.001% of that is 54 million!
I want to help. I have been one of the top WordPress sales funnel designers in the world over the last 7 months, and at first, I was happy when I broke into the industry, but after feeling as if thoe with the money feel like simply because they have the money, they can do whatever they wish, act however they want…. and then after busting my ass for hours, weeks, months on end, they want me to do MORE to get paid the money I am already OWED????
So now, I am sick and tired and fed up with the industry. I saw myself changing once I learned the secret that 99% of internet marketers do NOT KNOW, which is the art of the sales funnel. I design sales funnels. Write email marketing campagins. Set sites up on autopilot so they generate money and another person will never have to touch the site again.
Give me a product, give me a service, give me an idea, and I can take that and show you step – by – step, how to sell that product/service. This also goes for local marketing.
I’m certified in Publication Design, and know my way around photoshop, illustrator, and indesign. When I started school, I was going for the intent on starting a newspaper that would help my local community better themselves, learn how to get the funds to go to school, etc. But that morphed and I soon started building websites.
And for a while there on oDesk, I was the #1 WordPress web designer in the USA, #4 in the World, based on hours worked. I was #1 for OptimizePress in the World, but I am not perfect and am temp. suspended from the site for failure to communicate with a customer who, after 40 hours of work (a 200 quote was given because it should have only taken 10 hours), paid me a fraction of what I was owed, over 10 days after he said he was going to pay me, then after I told him I could not work on his project anymore without receiving my full payment, along with the requirments in the contract becuse of too many revisions, he reported to my work I wasn’t communicating.. hell, he was told that I needed my full payment before any more work was done, because I was now loosing money working for him. So, even though I say that, there is no way to really prove it until I either A. just do the damn crap, or B. say F*** it and refuse to be used any longer. What pissed me off so much is the fact that he called me while at his VACATION HOUSE, but couldn’t pay my full 200…. this was a doctor. and of course, I am going to be the bad guy… the unreliable one. Shoot… the work could have been done a month ago had he done it my way the first time. sorry… just venting about the industry and why I am so mad and want to now work for the other 99%… because I have a feeling working for those who need a blessing from the heavens vs. working for those who wish to use me as a money making machine, will be much more rewardable.
Every single person that learns what I have done? You don’t hear about what they have learned because they keep it secret.
I do not want to be in the top 1%. I will never hoard enough money to be in the top 1%. And I am ready to do what my creator has been preparing me to do… which is to TEACH THE OTHER 99 PERCENT what the top 1 percent knows…. how to build a sales funnel using free sofware. The sales funnel can literally sell ANYTHING, as it is a PROCESS, not a product. not a software (need software to build and run it, yes), but anybody with internet access and a little computer know how can make it in the internet marketing world if you know what to look for, you know what scams are, and you know, most importantly, how to do keyword research for Google and select LOW to MEDIUM competition BUYER KEYWORDS.
I HOPE to the good lord I can find a way to this meeting tomorrow…. I know I am supposed to be at this meeting… however, I do not have a car, and am totally broke right now due to quitting the internet marketing industry and turing my focus on (projectjetsa.org) this past month.

I cannot do this by myself, and that is how I feel right now, since I rarely interact with people outside my home… I’ve become a hermit, and maybe this is what was needed in order to learn all these huge marketing secrets from millionaires, doctors, success coaches, and those internet marketers able to earn a living at home, and who were able to pay me good money to build what I build.
I can’t say it enough… but sales funnel… sales funnel… sales funnel. You cannot sell anything online without a sales funnel and/or process. Let’s work together over the next 138 days…
I need your help, Occupy Atlanta, to make this happen. We need to work together to get a piece of the pie back… from that 54 billion spent… just .01 percent of that is 54 million…
