    I would start with not trying to label an entire group of people like that. If we want folks to come together, I am not sure that is the right method.

    Eric – Please feel free to come to our meetings and discuss this further. As explained in the beginning of each meeting, we use the term “white supremacy” to describe a system of institutionalized racism and privilege rather than individual instances of racism from individuals. So the term is not about a group of people at all – its about the way that power operates through privilege.
