    Accounting does not post minutes to the site, and the transaction records are only available to certain people. Even though I am one of those people, I find this disturbing, especially since the records have not been up to date. Additionally, there have been irregularities in the way that requests for money are handled. These are all issues that need to be addressed among the group openly.

    All minutes are posted.
    No one has said anything about not have access to docs.
    Please assist in updating the records because I am the only person doing this right.
    Be pro-active and help.
    Just give me and time and place and will be there with all the paper work :) .

    Anna,
    I believe what Sara is trying to say, is that Accounting (you) have the ability to post Minutes and Spreadsheets
    as ‘Public’ Documents onto this website. Google docs adds an unnecessary hurdle in getting to pertinent info.
    The Docs tab is next to the Forum tab within each committee’s section on this site. Import your accounting
    spreadsheet(s) into a Doc, then post. Works just like Microsoft Office (Word). If you need help, let me know.
