@drevin896 I’ve been thinking about the buddypress mobile version and IF we can make it so it does not show on FireFox Desktop. Since people are saying they have trouble using the site via mobile this may solve that issue for them…
1 – it looks just like Facebook
2 – it feeds all the main page posts to the stream
3 – it will get them posting in their groups and out of the mode that “everything has to go on the main page”

i say we work on ways of improving this like customizing the theme and adding a home page with a list of events, headline posts, groups, and other important info. LOGIN (there’s no login button right now. or MENU)

Can I edit the theme?
Yes. In buddypress-mobile/themes/default you can edit the theme files.
How to create a custom mobile homepage.
Create a page in the WordPress admin titled bp-mobile. The mobile theme will use this page.

I guess what i’m saying is don’t rule out the bp mobile just yet because it functions really well, we just need to figure out how to combine that functionality with the rest of the site
