I haven’t had much time yet to get to this; but I want to let everyone know who might be interested that it is on my mind and as soon as we are capable of doing so, I would love to help implement some type of training or Intern/Apprentice type program for people who desire to learn about website design and development.

This movement is far more than a protest to me; I see it as the beginnings of a revolution toward a total change of our current economic system and society as a whole. In order to see this change, we must first be this change, each and every one of us. To live in a society that welcomes new comers, stands for open and free education, and propels the potential of each individual to the fullest seems like decades away, but it doesn’t have to be. We should not wait on this change, we should be this change now, and I plan on doing that right here with this OccupyAtlanta Website Team.

If you have a desire to learn more about web design and development, don’t wait for the opportunity to come to you, you go get that now. There are tons of free information on the internet! Learn what you can through that and attend our meetings to stay up to date on terminology. Don’t let a lack of knowledge stop you from doing something you desire to do; get up, get out there, and figure out how to do it today! Right now, we need people who can jump in and get stuff done, taking absolutely no note of what they don’t know, but of what they know they can figure out.
