Share, Like, Comment —
Occupiers, when our social media team posts on the Occupy Atlanta Facebook fan page, it does NOT automatically mean all our likers/fans will see our post in their newsfeed. In fact, rule of thumb is that only 50% may see it. In order to get more visibility of the Occupy Atlanta page events and wall posts, we all need to make a collective effort to always: share the events/posts with our friends, like the event/post, and comment on the event/post. The Facebook ranking algorithm that determines the visibility of our newsfeeds on fans newsfeeds, will give preference to events/posts with the most interaction via comments, shares, likes, and having photos and videos.
So each and everyone of us should always try to help out by liking, commenting, and sharing on posts/events on the Occupy Atlanta fan page. Thank you!
