This could also totally work, but would obviously cause the whole thing to exist on a much smaller scale. For better and worse.

Okay, so you know what IS coming up? 11-11-11. And it’s coming up really soon, but I’m picturing something really kickass. I propose that we shut down traffic completely, either in one location or (ideally) at all major interchanges around the perimeter and maybe even a few strategic spots intown, for a full hour, starting at 10:41 am. I’ve contacted some food truck vendors and will see what comes of that. This could be really huge!
