The unconstitutional nature of the subjective dismissals of copyright Infringement cases within the federal judicial system has denied artists their Seventh Amendment right to an unbiased jury trial of their peers. 96% of all copyright cases filed against networks & studios in last 20 years were thrown out of Court by judges with relationships to the major corps. (in Ny & CA); basically saying that NONE of the 46/48 cases had a chance to win. Summary Judgment is governments permission for these corps. to STEAL..IN THE NAME OF THE LAW.
