Sara, Megan, Donald, two others.

 

Sara:  I have become a focus of
unhealthy attention and harassment because people think I’m in
control of Media when I’m really not.  Stepping back will demonstrate
this and also give me more time for my own work.  Therefore I intend
to leave the Media committee and turn bottom-liner responsibilities
over to someone else.

 

The bottom-liner calls meetings,
handles the Arts and Lit e-mail list, website forum, e-mail address,
does committee resport-backs, attends bottom-liner meetings, and has
posting privileges on the website to create events and write
articles.

 

Donald:  So we need a new bottom-liner.
Anyone willing?

 

Morgan:  I am willing to be the
bottom-liner.

 

Donald:  OK, I nominate Morgan.  Anyone
opposed?

 

(No opposition)

 

Consensus!

 

Morgan:  What do we have coming up?

 

Sara:  We have the closing reception
for the Visualize Human Rights art show at the Auburn Ave. Research
Library on Sunday, January 8 from 4-6.

 

Do we need the projector?  Yes.

 

Sara:  I will get you the passwords and
all the stuff you need, including my contact lists.
