First and foremost Josh thinks all software we use be open source. This is my personal preference and is also in line with NYCGA’s “Principles of Solidarity”

Server
John’s looking into keeping server @ friends data center in Buckhead – would we be willing to pay small fee for access?
Alex, Avery, Mike (data center space from Mike) all have a server
Avery – Sun Ultra60 and Netra t 1125
Determine location.
Andrew will check on data center space as well
John will check on local to Atlanta Datacenter space

Email
Josh – If we become a non-profit Gmail accounts are free.
Possibly for Alex to do – run at his location. Plan on hosting our own emails.

Blogs
Blogs for occupiers? If so, Roll our own (Blogs.occupyatlanta.org/) or have everyone host their own and maintain their own database?

Buddypress – Alex is going to set up a Clone testing site. Should know within a day or two if this is going to work for us. Shana will implement when a decision is made.

*Moving to higher priority FreeNetworkFoundation.org – 2k – Houston and Wall st are set up. Always needs a generator and can be a bit costly… looking into solar power.
