How to post Photo’s and Video’s on this site

Here’s how to post a video:

The easiest way…

For Youtube you need the long URL link to the video which should look like this:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6yF8LTT8aw
For vimeo it should look like this: http://vimeo.com/32704589

  1. Post your link in the What’s New box, then click “Post Update”

The other way…

  1. Click inside the What’s New box. Three small icons will appear, one is a camera, video, and links. To add a Video, click the Video icon and Paste in the new box that says ”paste your url link here” a link to your video (Youtube,Vimeo) on the web.
  2. Click the ”Preview” button.
  3. Click the ”Add Video” button.

Here’s how to post a Photo:

Photo’s it can be uploaded to any number of services like Flicker, Facebook, Picasa, TwitterPic, etc. All you need is the URL link with the .jpg or .gif or .png at the end.
To get your Image URL link from the web, find the photo, right click on the image, click “Copy image URL”
Once you have your link…
  1. Click inside the What’s New box. Three small icons will appear, one is a camera, video, and links. To add a Photo, click the Photo icon and Paste a link to your photo in the new box that appears.  (jpg,png,gif) from the web.
  2. Click the ”Preview” button.
  3. Click the ”Add Photo” button.
